Membership Agreement:

Once a 6 Bottle Club Member, I authorize Ron Yates to charge my credit card four times a year for wine(s) and shipping costs (if necessary)
Membership begins with the first shipment in September, November, January and March.
Members may cancel any time after the first two shipments.
By submitting an aplication for Membership, I acknowledge that I'm over the age of 21 and that an adult signature is required for any wine(s) shipped.
