        Membership Agreement:

  • Once a Case Club Member, I authorize Ron Yates to charge my credit card four times a year for wine(s) and shipping costs (if necessary).
  • Membership begins with the first shipment in September, November, January and March.
  • By submitting an application for Membership, I acknowledge that I am over the age of 21, and that an adult signature is required for any wine(s) shipped. 
  • Ron Yates reserves the right to add additional benefits or requirements at any time.
