Our 2021 Friesen Blend is a harmonious expression of 56% Tempranillo, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 22% Merlot — all estate-grown in the esteemed Friesen Vineyard. This vintage showcases the elegance and balance that have made it one of our most coveted releases, marrying the bold structure of Tempranillo with the depth of Cabernet Sauvignon and the velvety richness of Merlot. The wine is aged for 22 months in 45% new French oak and 55% neutral oak giving it structure and depth. It has aromas of black pepper and cinnamon, with flavors of black cherry and black plum. Enjoy this wine with grilled ribeye or Cajun chicken pasta.
