Our classic Zin is made with 100% Zinfandel grapes grown in the Forchini Vineyards in the Dry Creek and Russian River Valley appellations of Sonoma County, California. It is aged for 21 months in 30% new French oak, 10% new American oak and 60% neutral oak and bottled at 14.7% ABV. This luscious wine has aromas of cacao powder and vanilla bean, with red licorice and blueberry flavors. It's a fantastic pairing with chocolate lava cake or lamb lollipops.
